| ONION CUT IN TO LONG PIECE | 1 nos |
| BEANS,PEAS,CARROT | Each 200gm cut in to small piece |
| PEPPER& SALT | To taste |
PREPARATION
| Boil the basmati rice, when it is cooked well keeps it aside, and let the water to drain. Heat little oil in a pan . Fry the onions, carrots, peas, beans, ginger and garlic. Add the soy sauce and the pepper to it. After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked rice and mix it well. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves |
